Eligibility Criteria for ISMSICS Teachers

10 years after Post graduation
Recognized Teacher for 3 yrs
Who has undertaken Teaching in the past
Operated on an average 25 Cataract Surgery per month by SICS
Conducted SICS Live Surgery at least in 3 Places
Should have Participated as instructor / Co- instructor / Faculty at least in 5 SICS Conference
Teaching experience and publication in peer review Journal
Inclined towards Community Service and worked in rural setup

Noted Below:

ISMSICS – year starts in June 1st ends in May 31st
Last date for application – April 31st
In the 1st year recognition only will be provide to only 4 institutes each located in East , West , North & South
Selection will be notified in AIOS Journal and each state Ophthalmic Society will be informed about the same.
Once hospital are short listed Supervisor will be sent to verify all facilities before awarding recognition.
Processing fee ISMSICS Teacher Rs. 500/- in favor of ISMSICS.
Processing fee for hospital recognition and Supervision Rs. 10,000 in draft..
